In the entrance area, a console with pendant lighting sets the tone for the space.
To the left, a built-in wardrobe with tinted mirror fronts visually expands the hallway.
The entrance door and the adjacent wall are finished with matte black MDF panels, forming a seamless architectural backdrop.
A stationary glass partition along the main axis introduces daylight and reflects in the mirror surfaces, enhancing the depth.
The open-plan living area features corner panoramic glazing and access to a balcony, filling the space with natural light and contrast.
Throughout the project, exterior wall surfaces and window frames are finished in black, while wide horizontal blinds bring light movement and shadow play into the interior.
In the evening, reflections in the stainless steel panels soften the space and bring a sense of warmth.
An integrated dining area stretches along this wall, complete with a mini-bar and a serving counter hidden behind flush cabinetry.
When closed, this composition reads as a monolithic volume anchoring the center of the apartment.
Behind it lies the kitchen — minimal and handle-free, with no upper cabinets and a custom-designed glass island by ARTIMITRO.
A lounge corner with a BINO sectional sofa and a LIVING DIVANI leather chair completes the setting.
Exposed concrete columns reference the Constructivist legacy — an architectural gesture woven into the space.
One of the bathrooms serves both as a guest and kids’ bathroom. It combines the graphic language of Constructivism with refined details. Behind the toilet, black MDF panels form a column that also houses hidden storage. Linear grooves and the integrated TECE flush plate reflect ARTIMITRO’s signature approach.
The front wall features stainless steel cladding, CEA fixtures, and a stainless steel vessel sink. The composition is anchored by a cantilevered countertop that extends from a recessed niche and rests on a built-in bathtub — all custom-designed by ARTIMITRO. The bathtub surround is clad in large-format WALLPAPERS QUADRO 100×100 ceramic tile by Arch Skin.
The bedroom is accessed via a sliding stainless steel partition. A built-in wardrobe along the passage transitions seamlessly into wall paneling in the sleeping area, flush-integrating a Samsung Frame TV. To the left, a passage through the closet leads to the master bathroom.
The wall behind the bed is also clad in MDF panels with integrated storage. The outer wall — like in the living room — is finished in a deep dark tone, softened by light blackout curtains. A stainless steel niche near the ceiling becomes an accent element, concealing the air conditioning system while adding a sculptural presence.
Compact yet fully functional, the master bathroom features a full-height mirror and a freestanding ANTONIO LUPI basin at the entrance. To the left — a glass-enclosed shower with a built-in tray. To the right — a recessed niche with dark panels houses the toilet and concealed storage above, continuing ARTIMITRO’s precise detailing.
Designed for two boys, the children’s room supports all daily routines — study, sleep, play, and rest. Along one wall, a large wardrobe with hinged fronts hides a sports wall system. A full-height mirror at the end visually expands the space.
The study area by the window is built from a sculptural “bracket” desk that continues up the wall, bends across the ceiling, and flows into open shelving behind the wardrobe. The bunk bed around the corner is designed in a Constructivist spirit. The lower podium is upholstered in black-and-white “cow” fabric — a playful accent that adds personality without disrupting the industrial rhythm of the space.
